Is Telephia still paying out as of November 2025?

Yes the app has issues but I saw 2 payouts pay out at around the same time. The payouts were placed about a week apart and were paid out around the same time 1 month later. 1 month is longer than it should take but they are still paying out Payment proof below.

App issues

The app stops visibly counting time. The app might still count time accurately. one trick I think helps is clearing data and I think the time updates. I leave it alone until a few months pass by. I have also tried different paypal emails.
